Faux Fur For Baby
By GlindaI was out enjoying the fresh air a couple of days ago, and I noticed a mom carrying her newborn in a Bjorn.
But what really caught my eye were these fabulous faux fur baby booties by MiniMink. Listen, that baby’s feet looked so cute dangling out of her carrier, I wanted to eat them. And I am not normally an ooogie-ooogie type of person over babies. Well, over my own, but not really anyone else’s. So it’s saying a lot that I sort of started to drool.

I just love em. We have actually had some cold weather in South Florida these past few days that little booties like that would have been perfect for Lil One.

I bet those baby toes were warm and cuddly

I agree with Atasha: there’s no better way to keep your baby warm! Pair with a similar head wrap and your child will be covered for any kind of blustery weather.

They are cute, but the problem with fake fur is that it’s acrylic, and therefore after awhile those booties will stink. And if you wash them, they get matted. Who wants to brush your baby’s slippers?

These happened to be lined with 100% cotton, so I’m thinking that the smell is kept to a minimum. And besides, babies just do not do the sweat/smell thing the way adults do.
