You know, it’s hardly ever even a contest around here, because it seems that one contestant just keeps kicking the butt of his opponent no matter what I do.  Last week was no exception, as Matt Damon won with two-thirds of the vote.  I personally think that Matt Damon, while definitely attractive and certainly I wouldn’t turn down a drink with him, is not as “hot” as Matthew McConaughey. 

Now, we are getting down to the final few Dads in this particular edition of Celebrity Dad Faceoff, I’ve got an exciting new twist in the next couple of weeks.  Uh, well, at least I think it’s exciting.  But then, I thought that Matthew McConaughey was hotter than Matt Damon, so maybe only a quarter of you will agree with me.

Anyhoo, onward and upward!

Oh crap… the Velveteen Rabbit warned me when he was getting canned that there will be some major downsizing because of the subprime crisis … but did I listen? Nope.

Last week, over eighty percent of you sided with Sarah Silverman instead of Jimmy Kimmel and chose Matt Damon over best buddy Ben Affleck.   I think both of them have their merits, but I think Matt is just slightly smarter than Ben so that always appeals to me.  But Ben did look pretty hot in Pearl Harbor.  Hmmmm….  No, no, Matt it is.

I’ve been waiting for months to feature this particular man, and this week, he finally obliged me and became a dad.  Congrats to him and his girlfriend, but don’t let his new daddyhood affect your voting!

Viggo, we love you.  That is very obvious by the way you have handily trounced each and every opponent you have faced thus far on the Celebrity Dad Faceoff.

Therefore, I am giving you a permanent place in our Celebrity Dad Hall of Fame, where your beautiful visage will gaze out on us and we will throw ourselves at your feet.  Or, er, at you, which is kind of the same thing.  It is fitting that this should happen on a national holiday, don’t you think?
