		<description>If I recall correctly, Tavi is either homeschooled or in a Bohemian school that would have no problem with this as long as she was keeping up in her schoolwork. And you&#039;re right, she&#039;s very talented, both when it comes to fashion and when it comes to writing. It&#039;s not like she&#039;s skipping school to hang off a stripper pole: she&#039;s interviewing people and writing, things most people only do in college, if ever. 

She&#039;s taken flack from the beginning, but back then it wasn&#039;t neurasthenic semiliterate fashionistas sniping at her, it was the kids she played with. If she could take it from the one, she can take it from the other. And kudos to Harpers for giving her a shot; they&#039;ve always been risk takers.</description>
