Black and White and Red All Under

By Glinda

Two very different red carpet looks for some young actresses:

Meredith Droeger

How much do I love this ombre dress? I think I want one for myself.  Meredith Droeger aquits herself beautifully on the red carpet for the premieire of “Extraordinary Measures.”

Bella Thorne

Thirteen year old Bella Thorne from “Big Love” tries to mix it up with a bit of red. But I’m not sure I love the look as much as Meredith’s.  I am digging her shoes, though.

Bella Thorne’s getup would work much better with a few more years under her belt. I think she looks ridiculous for a 13 year old. It’s a cute outfit in theory, and I love the red accents, but it’s not working for me here. The first one, however, is adorable.

ahh, but that’s quite an age difference isn’t it? I have an 11 yr old daughter, and one turning 13, and the way they see makeup, hair, boys, etc is very different. Mainly because their social lives are different. The older one has school dances and bat mitzvah parties. The younger one is playing video games with friends.

Meredith Droeger looks so cute! Bella Thorne, on the other hand, looks like a 30-year old.

    LOOOOOOVE bella thornes outfit!
chanel did something similar with the necklaces and chains! she’s such a little victoria beckham!
where can i find more picz of bella?!

the thirteen year old looks at least twenty. i googled pictures of her… her face is so mature that she tends to come off as an anorexic adult

  6. La BellaDonna Says:

Enygma – I looked as if I were in my 30s from about twelve through, um, NOW. It was no great treat for me, and putting me in “age appropriate” clothing would have made me look like mutton dressed as lamb.

It was no great treat for me, and I’ll bet it isn’t one for HER, either.
