This is apparently a Halloween costume.  She’s nine years old.

About Glinda: Playing against type, Glinda lives in the West with her husband, eight year old son and year old daughter. She is in a constant state of worry that her wand is going to break at any moment.

    NO!!! I don’t care if this is a vampire costume and that it’s Hollywood’s fault that vampires are all sexy and whatnot. She’s too young to be wearing boots that high with a skirt that short.

    I’ll say it again: what the hell are her parents thinking??? Aren’t they supposed to be religious or something? Did they just give up after Miley?
