Medical afflictions of the cartoon world

Wow, I never realized, but it’s true!

They missed Winnie the Pooh as having Anxiety, and maybe Foghorn Leghorn with his Speech Impediment.  It’s late and I can’t think of anyone else, but I’m sure there’s more where that came from.
