Although I haven't read it yet, I'm guessing the Dr. Sears book may have a section that mentions home birth. At least, the Dr. Sears one is the most <em>likely</em> to address it. It looks like you might have to go for ones that are general in nature and don't have the hospital trip in the narrative.
