That was probably the only Disney animated feature I didn't purchase for my children. I suspect (and oh I hope) Mattel has the same experience. Or is the Bratz generation too jaded to care? Disney learned a few years back with the animated “Hunchback of Notre Dame” that overtly sensual characters will not be supported by their demographic–or, more to the point, their parents. That was probably the only Disney animated feature I didn’t purchase for my children.
