I think this is most evident in large families where you can see great differences in siblings raised by the same parents. Personality-Nature/Behavior-Nurture

Individuals have their essential nature's, however, and you can look at someone later in life and see how certain kernels of their personality were always there. How it ends up playing itself out out depends on parenting and other factors.
