I think being the child of anyone famous has issues. EVERYONE knows what your parent looks like. Most actors have had a semi-unclothed scene in a movie or TV show or on a magazine spread. If you were born into that life, coping is probably no more difficult than coping with a workaholic parent or the parent that is involved in every community and PTA meeting there is. The child will either love it or be embarassed by it, but as long as the home is a loving and functional one, then the child will be fine.

Relatedly, I've been going to this mother/daughter class about puberty and sex with my 5th grader, and one of the things the instructor warns about is boys of certain age (5 and up) seeing their moms naked cuz it screws them up sexually later on. And this from a program that is very matter-of-fact about the body and sex, etc. (Apparently the same issues don't arise when girls see their dads naked, although the girls are usually uncomfortable with that as they near puberty, if not before.) So yeah, I'd say Posh is probably making things worse than they need be for her sons. But hey--she's making bank for it so she's cool with it.

Kind of a balancing act...you want to raise your kids to belive that there's nothing wrong with the body, it's fine to be naked. You don't want to walk around second guessing every decision you make by thinking, 'is this appropriate for children?' You want to be a grown up sometimes, right? But then, you forget your brains, and that naked is fine at home in private, and appropriate for the children on the damn street already, and then you come up with a stupid decision like to pose naked for this campaign. Or to wear your wife's shirt around in public, just in case no one had seen it elsewhere.
